Job Summary:
The Presentation Designer assists with the design of high-priority presentations, sales proposals, and Toptal collateral that will have visibility across the business. This candidate will help Client Services and Revenue teams deepen client relationships and tell amazing stories through visually engaging presentations. To be successful in this role, you should excel at simplifying the complex, validating and visualizing information, and storytelling through design and copy.

Responsibilities:

- The Presentation Designer plays a pivotal part in creating magnetic, eye-catching presentations used for executive presentations, sales enablement, corporate marketing, and internal communications.
- Craft presentations for sales proposals and high-level client presentations.
- Design and produce impactful visuals that clearly explain Toptal’s offerings.
- Interpret and communicate marketing messages and complex data through well-crafted diagrams, charts, and infographics.
- Design, create, and share reusable presentation templates for company-wide use.
- Assume ownership of each assigned presentation project including liaising with stakeholders and tracking progress.
- Monitor and continually improve processes.
- Develop productive relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
This role is highly collaborative and you will be expected to work extremely closely with our Sales and Revenue Operations teams to fulfill the above responsibilities.

- Dive deeper into the operations of key teams (e.g., Sales, Practices) across the company.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in creating and delivering beautiful and tactical presentations in the professional services industry and/or in a marketing/sales context.
- Confidence in thinking outside of the box to ensure successful user & client experience.
- Track record of taking the ambiguous and transforming it into concise, powerful storytelling through copywriting and visuals.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation examples within your portfolio.
- A visual problem solver—you dissect complex information to simplify and abstract it for easier audience digestion and can make a presentation not look like one.
- Demonstrable content/copywriting experience and a sharp eye for detail.
- A pro in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides, masters, templates, and themes.
- Expert with the Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, etc) or similar pixel and vector tools.
- Experience in the design of illustrations, images, icons, and infographics with strong abilities in layout design and typography.
- Experience producing designs for print and interactive documents is a plus.
- Motion, video, and/or animation skills are a plus.
- Discern and consolidate visual design feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- You have gravitas and are able to work under your own initiative whilst effectively managing workloads and client timescales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts.

US FLSA Classification: Full-Time/Exempt
The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $85,000- $115,000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
